2. It's SIMPLE!
There's no need to learn a whole new curriculum, just open the box and start moving! Our Movement Guide provides Did You Know facts, set-up and activity instructions, and lists the learning concepts addressed. Each activity uniquely combines basic movement skills (jump, hop, skip, throw, catch) with age-appropriate learning concepts (shapes, colors, letters, numbers) and are easily modifiable to meet students where they are. All of the equipment is provided in the classroom kit!

Our team brings 30+ years of experience playing and coaching at the NCAA , professional, and Olympic level. Co-founded by Sarah Cahill (MEd, physical movement educator, mom of 2) and Molly Schaus (2x Olympic Silver medalist) who want to inspire kids to become lifelong movers.
